Mark-AzurinSecuriguard received an email from a customer at EasyPark Lot 9 praising Mark for his customer service friendliness and pro-active assistance.

The customer was visiting Pacific Centre with their elderly mother who had mobility issues.

Mark used the on-site electric cart to take them from their car to the mall, and back again, as well as offered directions to each store.

This made their experience much more “pleasant and comfortable.”
