Securiguard has successfully partnered with many First Nations communities across Western Canada through the establishment of formal agreements.
Our joint venture partnerships are based on mutual respect, trust, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. We aim to provide opportunities for local training, employment, and contracting in each indigenous community.
Securiguard has Joint Venture (JV) Agreements and other formal agreements with First Nations communities across Western Canada.
Our Vice President of Business Solutions and Indigenous Relations, Branko Bejo BA CPP, engages in dialogue with indigenous communities to ensure that our JV partnerships are based on mutual respect, trust, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility.
Our model is based on a three-pillar approach:
- Long-term training and employment/careers.
- Building reputation and capacity of First Nation companies and JV partners through mentorship.
- Profit sharing with the nation to fund community improvement projects and educational scholarships.
