Testimonials
“Haisla First Nation and Securiguard Services have been in a joint venture partnership since 2015. In that time, they have proven to be a valued business partner that has generated long term employment for our members. Securiguard has always supported our fund raising activities and community initiatives and continue to come to the table with strategic ideas to help keep our membership safe. Two great examples of this is the implementation of a Community Patrol program and corresponding safety seminars which armed our community members with crime prevention techniques that decreased crime in our community, and most recently the COVID-19 security check point, which included temperature screening and access control to the community to limit the possibility of exposure to our members. We look forward to continuing and growing this relationship for years to come.”

“The Simpcw Resources Group is very strategic in our approach to business partnerships. Securiguard was a logical consideration in the area of security services due to their history and experience. However, there’s more to a relationship than an ability to provide services. Securiguard is committed to supporting economic prosperity and social benefit for Indigenous communities. As our partner, they have proven this to us by consistently advocating for the removal of barriers to Indigenous employment and working closely with us on strategies for business development opportunities. In addition to this, Securiguard has demonstrated their respect for Indigenous history and culture through their policy that all staff who work in the Simpcw territory, are required to complete a cultural awareness training course that we have developed. Simply put, Securiguard has been an excellent business partner and we look forward to working with them in the future.”
